OUR BELIEFS & MISSION
We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God and the sole authority for our Christian faith and life.

Because of our sins all people have earned God's wrath and eternal punishment. In His great love for us, God sent His Son Jesus Christ to be our Savior.

Jesus Christ kept the law perfectly in our place and He died on the cross to take away the sins of all people.

We are saved by grace alone through faith in Jesus Christ.

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. In Him we enjoy the forgiveness of sins, peace with God, power for living, and a certain hope for heaven.
The Holy Spirit creates and strengthens saving faith in Jesus through the Means of Grace, which is the gospel message of Jesus delivered in God’s Word and in the sacraments of Baptism and Communion.

St. Paul Lutheran Church exists to celebrate our freedom from sin, death, and hell through Christ; to nurture our church family with God's Word and Sacraments for lives of service to Him; and joyfully to share this good news of our salvation with the world around us.
Our Synod's Mission Statement (WELS)
As men, women and children united in faith and worship by the word of God, the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod exists to make disciples throughout the world for time and for eternity, using the gospel to win the lost for Christ and to nurture believers for lives of Christian service, all to the glory of God.
