Jesus said, "As long as it is day, we must do the works of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work." John 9:4
What a privilege to hear our Savior's urgent call in this verse! As he holds the door of heaven open for us and all believers, he extends to us the privilege of joining him in doing the Lord's most important work. We can nurture one another in the good news that preserves and strengthens saving faith. With that same good news we can reach out to the growing number of people the Lord is bringing to our doorstep. It's hard work, no question. But there's no question about this either: it's worth it.

GIFTS
With thankful hearts, God's people continue to offer additional pledges and gifts to support gospel proclamation to children and families for many years to come. We kicked off our three-year Built on the Rock campaign on May 9, 2021. The financial goal we established for ourselves that day appears to be within reach. To God alone the glory!
We pray with the psalmist:
May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us;
establish the work of our hands for us—
yes, establish the work of our hands.
Psalm 90:17
